Upgrading to a geothermal heat pump

I call for geothermal maintenance when I feel about it, which isn’t easy often

My partner plus I chose to update our Heating plus Air Conditioning unit as the new unit failed; My associate and I had been living with a central Heating plus Air Conditioning unit for years. The two of us hated it. It was aggravating that every room had to be the same temperature. I didn’t like that I had such a large, visible indoor air handler too! Once the Heating plus Air Conditioning died I started looking at ductless options. I wanted something smaller, cleaner, plus less visible. I then learned that a heat pump system can be buried underground. This geothermal heat pump then uses the ground temperature to achieve the setting on the temperature control. Think about it. In the winter the ground is a lot warmer than the air. The same is true for chilly air in the summer. I am getting cleaner, free air when I turn on my geothermal heat pump. I also can have zone control due to it being a ductless option… No more heating plus cooling unused rooms. No more complaining about being too tepid plus too chilly due to someone messing with the temperature control. Another pro of the geothermal heat pump is that it requires little maintenance plus service. I call for geothermal maintenance when I feel about it, which isn’t easy often. For the most part, it runs itself plus I just care about the energy savings. Finding an Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier that handles geothermal heat pumps was the only snag. It is quite specialized plus requires legitimately knowledgeable suppliers to do the upgrade, repair, plus service.
