I recently started taking spin classes at my gym.
- I have to go really early in the morning actually.
I don’t have time during the day. After work the class is always so full. Sometimes I don’t even get a spot. So I have to go very early in the morning. When I do go very early I am almost always the very first one there. There are also not very many people who go this early altogether. When I walk in first thing in the morning, the spin room is freezing cold. I actually start the spin class with a sweatshirt on. It is incredible how cold it is. Other parts of the gym are so warm. They must put all of their air conditioning into this one room. I enjoy the air conditioning however I don’t understand why there is so much of it. They also have the fan blowing right on everyone. If there is anywhere that you need to keep cool, it is certainly the spin room. If their HVAC system were to ever break down the people in spin class including myself would be screwed. Doing a spin class you get very warm. So not having that blasting air conditioning in there would be rough for sure. I wish that this air conditioning could share with the rest of the gym. I am not sure why the rest of the gym does not feel this cold. If it did the gym must pay a lot for their HVAC system. The energy bills each month must be through the roof too.
