If it did the gym must pay a lot for their Heating and A/C system
I recently started taking spin classes at my gym… I have to go absolutely early in the morning actually. I do not have time during the day. After work the class is consistently so full, and occasionally I do not even get a spot, but so I have to go certainly early in the morning, but when I do go certainly early I am almost consistently the certainly first one there, there are also not certainly many people who go this early altogether. When I walk in first thing in the morning, the spin room is cold cold. I absolutely start the spin class with a sweatshirt on. It is incredible how cold it is. Other parts of the gym are so warm. They must put all of their air conditioning into this one room. I prefer the air conditioning however I do not understand why there is so much of it. They also have the fan blowing right on pretty much everyone. If there is somewhere that you need to keep cool, it is genuinely the spin room. If their Heating and A/C system were to ever split down the people in spin class including myself would be screwed… Doing a spin class you get certainly warm. So not having that blasting air conditioning in there would be rough for sure. I wish that this air conditioning could share with the rest of the gym. I am not sure why the rest of the gym does not feel this cold. If it did the gym must pay a lot for their Heating and A/C system. The energy costs each month must be through the roof too.
