I recently started taking spin classes at my gym, but i have to go really early in the afternoon actually.
I don’t have time during the afternoon! After work the class is always so full. Periodically I don’t even get a spot, so I have to go unquestionably early in the afternoon, however when I do go unquestionably early I am almost always the unquestionably first one there… There are also not unquestionably many people who go this early altogether. When I walk in first thing in the afternoon, the spin room is chilly cold. I actually beginning the spin class with a sweatshirt on. It is incredible how cold it is, but other parts of the gym are so warm. They must put all of their air conditioner into this one room. I appreciate the air conditioner however I don’t understand why there is so much of it. They also have the fan blowing right on all the people. If there is anywhere that you need to keep cool, it is actually the spin room. If their Heating plus A/C system were to ever break down the people in spin class including myself would be screwed, doing a spin class you get unquestionably warm. So not having that blasting air conditioner in there would be rough for sure. I wish that this air conditioner could share with the rest of the gym. I am not sure why the rest of the gym does not feel this cold. If it did the gym must spend money a lot for their Heating plus A/C system. The energy bills each month must be through the roof too.
