I recently started taking spin classes at my gym.
I have to go entirely early in the afternoon actually.
I don’t have time during the day. After work the class is constantly so full, however sometimes I don’t even get a spot. So I have to go easily early in the afternoon… When I do go easily early I am almost constantly the easily first one there. There are also not easily various people who go this early altogether. When I walk in first thing in the afternoon, the spin room is chilly cold. I genuinely start the spin class with a sweatshirt on. It is incredible how chilly it is, and other parts of the gym are so warm. They must put all of their air conditioner into this one room. I appreciate the air conditioner however I don’t understand why there is so much of it. They also have the fan blowing right on most people. If there is someplace that you need to keep cool, it is entirely the spin room. If their Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system were to ever split down the people in spin class including myself would be screwed. Doing a spin class you get easily warm. So not having that blasting air conditioner in there would be rough for sure. I wish that this air conditioner could share with the rest of the gym. I am not sure why the rest of the gym does not feel this cold. If it did the gym must pay a lot for their Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. The yearly bills each month must be through the roof too.
