I recently started taking spin classes at my gym, however i have to go undoubtedly early in the day actually. I do not have time during the day, then after work the class is constantly so full, and sometimes I do not even get a spot. So I have to go undoubtedly early in the day; When I do go undoubtedly early I am almost constantly the undoubtedly first one there, there are also not undoubtedly several people who go this early altogether. When I walk in first thing in the day, the spin room is cold cold. I absolutely start the spin class with a sweatshirt on. It is incredible how cold it is, however other parts of the gym are so warm. They must put all of their a/c into this one room. I cherish the a/c but I do not understand why there is so much of it. They also have the fan blowing right on everyone. If there is somewhere that you need to keep cool, it is really the spin room. If their HVAC system were to ever split down the people in spin class including myself would be screwed, however doing a spin class you get undoubtedly warm. So not having that blasting a/c in there would be rough for sure. I wish that this a/c could share with the rest of the gym. I am not sure why the rest of the gym does not feel this cold. If it did the gym must spend money a lot for their HVAC system. The energy bills each month must be through the roof too.
