I purchased myself a waterfront dwelling for the most frustrating couple ever, they were horrible to buy from.
They consistently were trying to take things that went with them, however i thought we were going to get into a knock down, drag out ice chest in the garage.
The husband wanted to take a whole bunch of my light fixtures, and when it got closer to the sale, I knew the roof needed to be replaced. Forget asking those people to do it. I ended up getting a bunch of work done while they were still in the house. They were paying a rental fee in order to live there longer. The man was awful to my roofers… He kept trying to get them to leave or park their cars super far away. He was mean plus acted like he owned the house. The roofing contractor would then call me plus I would tell them to keep going. The roofing task wasn’t an easy one either. The house was giant with multiple stories. There were slopes plus edges to the rooftop. The guys were enjoyable about it though. They did an amazing task on the roof even with the owner being such a jerk to them. The finished product was gorgeous plus I moved into a brand new house with a pretty new roof. It was such a enjoyable idea to get all the work done before I moved in. The frustrating couple moved out, I paid for cleaners, plus after that I appreciated a perfectly upgraded home.
