Sometimes you just have to get creative with major projects plus intelligent workarounds. For instance, on my recent home search I knew that I was going to have to make some variations to any home I picked up. There was no way I would find the home of my dreams within my price range. However, I realized that I could genuinely find innovative ways to solve any problem that I encountered. For instance, when I was first out shopping for a house, I was convinced that I would buy a 2 living room plus 2 bathroom home. That was all the space that I needed plus that is all I wanted to commit to. However, I found an amazing apartment with three living rooms. Figured, if it was the same cost as a two-living room house, I could get the extra room plus find a great purpose for it. I bought the apartment plus set up a living room in the extra living room, but on my maiden voyage in front of my computer keyboard, I realize that it was legitimately uncomfortable in that space. It felt like there was no indoor airflow whatsoever. It was stagnant, dry, plus stale inside my living room. I began looking around, plus realized that there was no air vent into the room. Apparently, it was never connected to the central heating plus cooling system. I knew that I could pay a crucial amount of money plus have the ductworks extended into the office, however I figured there was an easier solution. I install the mini split ductless heating plus cooling system, plus with that small modification, I officially considered my apartment a home.
