I purchased myself a waterfront apartment for the most discouraging couple ever; They were horrible to buy from.
- They constantly were trying to take things that went with them, but i thought we were going to get into a knock down, drag out ice chest in the garage.
The wifey wanted to take a whole bunch of my light fixtures, then when it got closer to the sale, I knew the roof needed to be replaced, forget asking those people to do it. I ended up getting a bunch of work done while they were still in the house. They were paying a rental fee in order to live there longer. The person was terrible to my roofers. He kept trying to get them to leave or park their cars super far away. He was mean plus acted like he owned the house. The roofing supplier would then call me plus I would tell them to keep going. The roofing task wasn’t an easy one either. The apartment was large with numerous stories. There were slopes plus edges to the rooftop. The gentlemen were good about it though. They did an amazing task on the roof even with the owner being such a jerk to them. The finished product was gorgeous plus I moved into a brand current apartment with a pretty current roof. It was such a good idea to get all the work done before I moved in. The discouraging couple moved out, I paid for cleaners, plus then I enjoyed a perfectly updated home.
