The finished product was gorgeous and I moved into a brand new condo with a pretty new roof
I bought myself a waterfront condo for the most frustrating couple ever, then they were horrible to buy from. They typically were trying to take things that went with them; I thought my pal and I were going to get into a knock down, drag out ice chest in the garage. The wife wanted to take a whole bunch of my light fixtures, but when it got closer to the sale, I knew the roof needed to be replaced, forget asking those people to do it. I ended up getting a bunch of labor done while they were still in the house. They were paying a rental fee in order to live there longer. The man was awful to my roofers, then she kept trying to get them to leave or park their cars super far away. She was mean and acted like she owned the house. The roofing supplier would then call me and I would tell them to keep going. The roofing task wasn’t an easy one either. The condo was giant with several stories. There were slopes and edges to the rooftop. The women were relaxing about it though. They did an amazing task on the roof even with the owner being such a jerk to them. The finished product was gorgeous and I moved into a brand new condo with a pretty new roof. It was such a fine idea to get all the labor done before I moved in. The frustrating couple moved out, I paid for cleaners, and then I enjoyed a perfectly replaced home.
