I bought myself a waterfront property for the most annoying couple ever.
They were horrible to buy from. They constantly were trying to take things that went with them. I thought we were going to get into a knock down, drag out ice chest in the garage. The wife wanted to take a whole bunch of my light fixtures. When it got closer to the sale, I knew the roof needed to be replaced. Forget asking those people to do it. I ended up getting a bunch of work done while they were still in the house. They were paying a rental fee in order to live there longer. The man was awful to my roofers. He kept trying to get them to leave or park their cars super far away. He was mean and acted like he owned the house. The roofing dealer would then call me and I would tell them to keep going. The roofing job wasn’t an easy one either. The house was giant with multiple stories. There were slopes and edges to the rooftop. The guys were great about it though. They did an amazing job on the roof even with the owner being such a jerk to them. The finished product was gorgeous and I moved into a brand new house with a pretty new roof. It was such a good idea to get all the work done before I moved in. The annoying couple moved out, I paid for cleaners, and then I enjoyed a perfectly updated home.
