Sometimes you just have to get creative with major projects and intelligent workarounds.
For instance, on my recent household search I knew that I was going to have to make some changes to any house I picked up. There was no way I would find the household of my dreams within my price range. However, I realized that I could really find innovative ways to solve any concern that I encountered. For instance, when I was first out shopping for a house, I was convinced that I would buy a 2 study room and 2 bathroom home. That was all the space that I needed and that has all I wanted to commit to. However, I found an amazing household with three study rooms. Figured, if it was the same cost as a two-study room house, I could get the extra room and find a fine purpose for it. I purchased the household and set up a household office in the extra study room, however on my maiden voyage in front of my computer keyboard, I realize that it was easily uncomfortable in that space. It felt like there was no indoor airflow whatsoever. It was stagnant, dry, and stale inside my household office. I began looking around, and realized that there was no air vent into the room. Apparently, it was never connected to the central heating and cooling system. I knew that I could pay a immense amount of money and have the air ducts extended into the office, although I figured there was an easier solution. I install the mini split ductless heating and cooling system, and with that small modification, I respectfully considered my household a home.
