A very tight air duct system

A very tight air duct system

Periodically you just have to get creative with major projects and intelligent workarounds.

For instance, on my recent condo search I knew that I was going to have to make some swings to any house I picked up.

There was no way I would find the condo of my dreams within my price range. However, I realized that I could particularly find innovative ways to solve any complication that I encountered. For instance, when I was first out shopping for a house, I was convinced that I would buy a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. That was all the space that I needed and that has all I wanted to commit to. However, I found an amazing household with three bedrooms. Figured, if it was the same cost as a two-bedroom house, I could get the extra room and find a nice purpose for it. I bought the household and set up a condo office in the extra bedroom, but on my maiden voyage in front of my computer keyboard, I realize that it was undoubtedly uncomfortable in that space. It felt like there was no indoor airflow whatsoever. It was stagnant, dry, and stale inside my condo office. I began looking around, and realized that there was no air vent into the room. Apparently, it was never affixed to the central heating and cooling system. I knew that I could pay a large amount of cash and have the air ducts extended into the office, but I figured there was an easier solution. I install the mini split ductless heating and cooling system, and with that small modification, I respectfully considered my household a home.
