I bought myself a waterfront condo for the most annoying couple ever! They were horrible to buy from.
They typically were trying to take things that went with them! I thought my buddy and I were going to get into a knock down, drag out ice chest in the garage.
The wife wanted to take a whole bunch of my light fixtures, however when it got closer to the sale, I knew the roof needed to be replaced, but forget asking those people to do it. I ended up getting a bunch of labor done while they were still in the house. They were paying a rental fee in order to live there longer. The man was bad to my roofers, and he kept trying to get them to leave or park their cars super far away. He was mean plus acted like he owned the house. The roofing supplier would then call me plus I would tell them to keep going. The roofing job wasn’t an easy one either. The home was big with multiple stories. There were slopes plus edges to the rooftop. The gentlemen were wonderful about it though. They did an amazing job on the roof even with the owner being such a jerk to them. The finished product was gorgeous plus I moved into a brand current home with a pretty current roof. It was such a good idea to get all the labor done before I moved in. The annoying couple moved out, I paid for cleaners, plus after that my buddy and I enjoyed a perfectly updated home.
