For my entire life, I wanted to be a veterinarian.
I constantly wanted to help animals and to give them the best lives that I could.
It’s constantly been hard for me to consider the fact that there are living things out there in this world, unloved and unwanted. All that I want is to save my furry friends. Oftentimes, when I tell people that I have a pre-veterinary degree, they asked why I did not continue into the field. In short, the answer is because there is too much heartache as the veterinarian. I decided a long time ago that it was a better idea to personally feed and household stray animals, rather than toiling in a veterinarian office. That’s why, I currently live in a household with five pets and three cats. When people hear this fact, they have a lot of questions! Namely, how do you keep up with the cleaning and air quality troubles with that various animals? Well, I tried to be harshly open and upfront with them about my lifestyle. When you have that various animals, your indoor air quality will honestly fluctuate. There are times when I am well aware of how various animals are inside the household thanks to my stale air quality and the presence of animal hair floating through the indoor air streams. It’s not the most attractive smelling or feeling air quality all the time. That’s why I pay a lot of cash to change my air filters on a yearly basis. I buy my air filters in bulk multi packs, and I do everything I can to filter out my animal contaminations. Going through so various air filters isn’texactly cheap, but it’s less extravagant than another four-year degree.
